This is so scary.... because that comment about gifts is a quote direct from my lips. I suppose that may be more frightful for you in that it means that in many ways you are like me and ARGGGHHH nobody wants to admit they are like their Dad. That is why I was always kinda a Christmas week shoper. I like to get in the mood and go out and spend too much. I hate to get a gift and keep it in the closet. It just isn't fun that way.
