I always think of it as a black fog around my head, personally. But I get the hollow feeling too *hugs*

It's ok that you're not ok- depression isn't exactly just dependent on your recent moods afterall. It's brain chemicals, and you can't control them. If anything, because you've had a good time the depression will be feeling worse in comparison to the recent high.

And it's not something you get over - I know you know this - or get past. It's something you learn to deal with, and hope it eases the better you deal with it.

It was lovely having you at the weekend! And I'm glad you had a good time. Try and hold on to the good mood - distract yourself with shinies and do what you need to to put a smile back on your face.

Yeah I feel like that too sometimes. *hugs back*

It was great to see you too! It really was. I had so much fun hanging out with you guys.

I did and it worked! Although I have to admit part of what helped was consuming delicious hot chocolate and marshmallows. Lol,

I'm sorry you have been feeling rubbish (I see from your other post you are a bit better now) you have come on leaps and bounds though, you are coping much better than you used to. Depression is difficult, very very hard, but you do a great job of getting through it. x
