Don't you get the feeling people are just reaching when they come to some conclusions? Also being in the legal field, I read what you're written (which by the way, is very concise and nicely presented)and I agree with you. I now know the two names of the groups and I don't think anyone is going to confuse the two - it's a far leap.

thanks sweetie - you're the best! yeah I had a good time playing law guy when I was refuting her arguments. She actually has a very fuzzy idea of what her TM registration means, and once referred to it on the phone as a "license"!! yikes. ilk was right - they're reakin handing these things out like candy!
