Does anyone have any suggestions as to venues that might be willing to hold a fighting game tournament in Myrtle Beach?

I'm going to try Heroes Hangout later.

I know somewhere in Wilmington, but that's probably not much use.

If interested, try Fanboy's here. They hold HUGE Magic tournaments in the back of their comic book store, and they'd probably be more than willing for a fighting game tournament.

i think i've played in a couple of tournaments there. They've got an okay set up if it's still the same place i remember.

I'm sure the Dueling Ground would be up for the same type of thing, plus the guy who works there looks like a fat Claudio from Coheed and Cambria :3

duelingground def. is not the place to hold a fightning game tournament, it would be if vern was as involved as he used to be but joe def. assholed it up. Hero's hangout should work. If not i'm sure you could maybe work one out with an arcade to put up some game tables and tv's and stuff, that's what we used to do for our weekly tournaments.
