God, I wish I could make an impromptu trip to D.C.! *sniffs* I would love to have seen you and hear the lovely choral music. *sighs* I didn't realize you lived so close to D.C. - my in-laws live on W Street and we were just there in October.
Well, I only live five hours away *g*. I don't actually go that often--NYC is usually enough enterainment for me. But it's cool to be going on tour there. And if there are locals who want to go (or folks who want to make the trip!), I'd love to see them.
However, the commute for you would be even longer than the commute for me!
Ah yes, it's about a 6 hour trip... through hills and valleys and such at 80 mph - shhhh. Ugh. I'll forward this information to my father-in-law and hopefully they'll be able to make it!
Man, we could barely get our shit together for two cities a few short hours away. But this IS a practice run for tours of the future. So if I'm still young enough to sing with them...
