well, i don't have to write one. But my company's Xmas party is tonight, and our president has announced a little contest. He said that we can write poems about the company, coworkers, etc., and read them tonight, and the best one wins $100. And I can use that! the thing is, poetry writing usually comes out of negative

yeah, i didn't get much response to my "12 days of year-end." oh well, i tried. it was expected of me to write something, because i'm the resident writer, which means that i am always inspired to write just the thing for the occasion. yeah, right. ;)
(needless to say, i am not $100 richer.)
