I don't remember why I took a vacation from LJ, but I kind of forgot to come back until now. I got busy, and didn't think about posting when I wasn't busy... blah blah blah... got out of the habit. But the good news is I'm alive ( Read more... )

i took Welbutrin to quit smoking, it was great. i even lost 5 lbs. my anxiety seems to have leveled out since i finished my prescription.

you should rent "What the Bleep Do We Know?" (they have it at Blockbuster) and examine your reality, that will help you be less anxious.

also read "Fearless Living" by Rhonda Britten. brilliant book.

Thanks for the recommendation, but as I said, my anxiety is phisiological, not circumstantial. My anxiety attacks don't make any logical or spiritual sense. I try to explain them away, and I'm still hyper-ventilating.

BTW... Just out of curiosity, how did you come to find me and put me on your friends list?

of course its physiological, but there is a mind-body connection you shouldn't discount. this is why i am suggesting "What the Bleep Do We Know" as recommended viewing ( ... )
