Oh and congratulations on having him. I wish I had pushed to be released early. They told me my baby had to be 48 hours old. In retrospect I could have left any time I felt I was ready.
We were told he needed to be there for 24 hours, or we would have to bring him to our ped's office within two days... and he was born on July 1st, so July 4th weekend was coming up and weird office schedules for the holiday just made it easier to stay the one night...
Yeah we still had to bring him to the ped with in a week. Even our ped said that was a bit overkill. And that that hospital does that all the time. LOL Oh well it's done now. Other then that I really did like my hospital (if I had to got to one again for a birth, I'd go there, heres hoping that doesn't happen).

my sister told me after the fact that she HATED everyone counting to 10! it annoyed her too.
