I hope everyone reading this has or has had a lovely, warm Christmas Eve if you are celebrating that. to those on my list who are veterans of war. It matters not how long you were there, or how many times..the sacrifice for our country is appreciated and honored. I wish you healing in all senses of the word, and know you are loved. -
Halloween and all that...
Lots of silliness on campus today - a bunch of staff members did a flashmob dance for "Thriller"; in the middle of the costume contest to surprise the kids. They were definitely surprised. And stunned. Teachers dancing ( Read more... ) -

Haven't hard back from Cousin L., but everyone else has checked in from the east coast. My aunt, in Queens, NY is okay, but the Lower East Side neighborhood my mom grew up in is pretty much underwater now. Sleep will happen tonight, hopefully.
The Halloween costume is all set for tomorrow. And so is my daughter's.. ;) Pics if I can managed them -
