Which is to say, Raphael is completely and utterly owned by Sara but is not quite in the stage of disgruntled acceptance (ie, with Mika, Rue, and Axel) and is still in the I Will Bitch Endlessly stage. He gets upset and angry easily with Sara because she knows him too well and he hates, I mean hates himself for letting people get under his skin like this. He's stopped blaming other people for being the cause of this, mostly (look!! progress!!) but Sara is kind of the exception. This might be because he actually does see Setsuna as a potential rival or it could be because he does feel some kinship with Sara. Either way, Raph wants to scream at Sara half the time for knowing him so well and wants to push her away and is trying to, even, but it's frequently offset by his fondness of her and also his urge to hold her in his arms and kiss her. :|b He's very much against the idea of having yet another person in his inner circle, but because it's Sara and because they have a history, he feels

Raph's first impression of Rikku had a bad turn. I mean, on meeting her, he focused on the fact that she is smokin' but the second she opened her mouth it was all over. Because. Rikku is perky! Raphael can't stand that. Her attitude is very much that of a little kid, in his opinion, and that pretty much ruins the illusion for him. IT'S A TRAP etc. So he's pretty terse around her with a hint of bitterness because it's not fair that she should be that hot and be that irritating.

^ This is basically Raphael's reaction to anyone who is perky around him for extended periods of time. He figured once he'd, you know, saved Joker's life that he wouldn't bug him anymore because most people are too humbled by that kind of thing to hang around. But as it turns out, the favor he did for Roxas is coming back to bite him in the ass, which means a)he's probably not doing much more favors for Roxas in the future, and b)he's not sparing any kind words for Joker, really. Yeah, you're welcome, it's no big deal, please leave me alone. Raph does not like perky people, and he especially does not like people who seem to think he's there for their amusement, of which the Joker is both. So he doesn't have a very high opinion of him, sadly. :|

Though... yeah, Joker's definitely not the type to be humbled by most things. Er, in fact he usually only respects the space of people who're homicidally nuts, and only in a cursory sort of way. He can't help bugging Raph when the opportunity arises because Raph is all serious at him. He doesn't seem like someone that enjoys life, so Joker's all... I'm not sure... I guess he can't figure it out, so he has to poke Raph more.

eta: Oh right, actual feelings about Raph! He's thankful for the save but that feeling was quickly replaced by curiosity.

NOT VERY MUCH HAS CHANGED tbh. Delita still thinks Toph is great and if she were a member of his kingdom she would be the Royal Bender of Earth and it would be awesome. He's happy to see her again and likes keeping an eye on her, cause she reminds him of himself when he was much younger. I don't know if I can like, go more in depth than that because now I'm thinking about Toph in Ivalice as a member of the court and how Delita would be like fuck no you're not sitting around in frilly dresses YOU GET TO KICK ASS and yes.
