so after reading this this morning i read the first chapter of "the weight of the glory" by c.s. lewis and he was talking about how basically christianity is not an ends but a means to satisfy our need for heaven and experiencing God's glory and stuff and then i thought about what you wrote about music for music's sake... it was beautiful... God was all like "hey becca I AM the beautiful symphony. you're not studying my word to become any smarter or more virtuous. you are studying it to experience Me for My sake cause i put it in you to experience the rhythms and the melodies and the creativity of Me". it was crazy cool.

anyway, glad we both survived the terror of rita '05. PEACE OUT!!
