This comes from a bulletin posted on Myspace by Ashley Ording. It's about a July 4th incident in which some asshole threw a firecracker that blew off a 17 yr old girl's hand. Worst part about this, which your copy/paste whatsit failed to mention is this girl, roisin, is the drummer for popular san jose band Tinkture. The girl lost the use of at least one of her fingers. So, if she's ever going to play again, she's going to have to come up with some creative ways to hold the stick.
