Yes, it could be sick building syndrome or it could just be the fact that you've been sitting in front of a computer all damn day and your body is shutting down.
To offset it, I do exactly what Kyle does. Leave for lunch sometime between 1:00 or 2:00 and make a point to get up and walk around a lot more in the afternoon.
i start feeling dizzy and get a headache by like 3:30 but once i'm home i feel much better. i've attributed it to staring at the computer screen all day long and no fresh air :[
job interviews here and there. I had one on friday that I left feeling good about but am starting to think I'm out of the running. I have another one tomorrow for a company that I don't really even remember applying for. I don't know.. Feeling really stuck. That's all. thanks for asking though.
