I'm going to have to go with Tails for you. He fights against bullies and has a great deal more empathy than even Sonic when it comes to helping others. He's got spirit, but polite at the same time.

On the other hand, he panics when things start to go wrong, making it seem like the world is crashing down around him. He also sometimes says exactly the wrong thing at the wrong time (SA:2 Dr. Eggman and the Emerald anyone?)

The good with languages is a vote in that direction as well.

I agree with lunarflight, so, Tails it is.

I could see a bit with the Vector vote, but, I saw a bit more Tails in you than him. With the "says things he regrets later," it could go either way with them. Tails sort of childishly blurts things out, and Vector...attacks? I suppose...not intentionally, but. xD

Also, I have to say that the "happy, techno pop" is definite Tails music. xD Vector likes music, but, I have to say Tails seems the type to listen to that. [Machines/technology, anyone? xD] Also, Tails is -very- sumbissive when it comes to situations.

So, yes. There's my vote~
