lived with a dude. travelled to africa. worked a job where i had my own office. bought a pet rabbit. dressed my pet rabbit in a santa hat.

i don't remember what my resolution last year was, but i know the year before it was "no bullshit." maybe that was 2006 actually. and for the most part, yes.

so many. sophie's choice by william styron. the man who mistook his wife for a hat by oliver sacks. miguel street by v.s. naipaul, actually, this one was probably my favorite.

i don't think i discovered any new music this year, and the new great stuff wasn't so fucking amazing.

to be content, but that is not an attainable thing for a reason. a call back.

i was 21! tony took me out to a wine bar after work, followed by a brewery and i was totally drunk by 8:30. the next day was mexican dinner with friends and tony gave me two finches, poppy and oscar.
