I'm kind of in love with the Richmond area.

actually it is in richmond. ive never been but heard such wonderful things, and met a lot of people from there. it just might be the best weekend of my life.

Yeah, it's awesome. I don't really know much about the Richmond scene, because everyone pretty much stays on campus. It's sad, because I've lived there most of 2 years, and I only really leave campus to buy groceries. But the area is wonderful, and I've enjoyed my time in the city.

Shockhoe Bottom and Shockhoe Slip...Nice cafés, clubs, bars, restaurants, etc. Scenic down by the river/downtown feel. It's good. Also, Pony Pastures on the James is pretty. You'll have a good time.
