I've had a bit of a shocking day. It all started well at work until i got a phonecall from my boss saying 'your about to have a royal visit.' Those words haunted me, even now after its all over i can still her voice

I'm glad to hear that nothing went wrong when your bosses came in to visit. Who knows they might be thinking about promoting you if you've been there long enough.
