"A family is hard work, Shoichi-san". I kinda had watery eyes there. I thought it resembles the whole bittersweet life of someone in a family.

I'd say someone without a family has some freedom emotionally that someone with a family could never get, and I admired Yuji and Tokie for not wanting to take it from Shoichi. But I guess in the end human always want things they don't have, and Shoichi was pained with not being able to be with his son.

I love the fic more towards the end *not like I'm immune to the hot junaiba up there xD* but the ending was really good :D

I loved the relationship between Shoichi and Yuji during the movie and just how much Yuji cared for him. Literally. I felt so bad whenever he was ignored or whatever and felt nothing but admiration when he married Tokie. Now that's a man.
