I absolutely loved this story! Love the sense of atmosphere you created, and the problems they had, especially with their families. I love that you didn't make light of it, that that they had a hard time telling their families, because that is hard. Loved the conversation with Dan, and the one at the end where Jared of course doesn't want Jensen to return to the military, but Jensen reminds him that's who he is, and what he wants to do, and that it is his choice to make.

and hot damn, love that first scene where he went down on Jared in the auto-shop.

Full of win, and Jared being a military wife. Just wonderful!

Oh, this was amazing! An utterly intriguing fic, I loved the way you wove in the various issues, how you have such a subtle way of telling their story and all the tension, worry, doubts and hurt that came with it. I'm so glad you gave them a somewhat happy ending, though, it was perfect. As always, your writing is gorgeous and I adored every word. Thank you for this!

God, I just love you so much. I'm all achey all over and even though I'm so glad they got some version of happily ever after, Jensen still could get sent back to war at any time.
