When did it happen? I'd also like to point out that while the POTUS and VPOTUS have changed, those in charge in the intelligence community, and lower in rank, are still in place for the most part. Not defending the new boss, just pointing to potentially important details. Now, if you can point me to something that orders that kind of reprehensible behavior, I'll get right behind you and scream "dogfuckers" right along with you.
