Ending of Chapter 401. Ichigo was fighting Gin while his father was fighting Aizen. Right when Aizen was about to do something, Kisuke Urahara appears to save the day. Right from that moment.

Abilities:

☆ High spiritual level
From a very young age, Ichigo has held an abnormally high spiritual level. In comparison to many other shinigami, he surpasses those of Kenpachi and Byakuya who are both known as very powerful captains. Before Ichigo met Rukia; the shinigami who essentially woke his hidden powers, his strange ability was manifested by the mere knowledge that he could see ghost's. The trait was natural in his family considering his father was a shinigami, his sisters (even if one of them refused to acknowledge it) could see ghosts as well. Ichigo was able to learn and surpass the expectations of many. In the beginning of his career, he had no control over his spiritual pressure. Now, after some training and a few battles to add experience, he is able to control it more in depth even if it still seems shaky in comparison to the other shinigami of his spiritual rank. He has really improved his control. His large sword is a testament of his spiritual pressure. The higher the level of spiritual energy, the bigger and durable the sword.

His abilities have, at times, extended higher than a shinigami captain rank. He has speed, endurance, and super strength. As a human he is incredibly strong, but as a shinigami, the strength multiplies tenfold. The fact that he reached the Visord form is enough of a testament of his talent to excel beyond his own limits.


****MOD: For the sake of this RP, he won't be able to rip anything apart with spiritual pressure. He'll be pretty calmed down. No worries about abusing his powers!

☆ Expert Swordsmen
A shinigami is known to fight with his heart and his sword. Ichigo has become quite a master of his soul cutter Zangetsu. Not only has he been able to hear his sword and learn its name(the only way he can use it's ultimate power), he has been able to manifest it physically and master his Bankai. Through Urahara's training before entering soul society and his experience with several fights, Ichigo is a force to be reckoned with. His sword is incredibly huge because of his spiritual power. Regardless of this fact, he has no trouble swinging it. It does not alter his speed. He is able to move his hold on the sword from either hands so it will be a bit hard to catch him off guard.

☆ Hand-to-hand combat expert
From a very young age, Ichigo has been exposed to martial arts. He was in classes alongside his close friend Tatsuki and after his mother's death he became quite a brawler. Along with the experience he gained in school and the streets, his father also trained him(as canonically portrayed by the many attacks brought upon the guy by his father when he walks into a room at home or to wake him up). His skills, even before he became a shinigami, were so grand that he even beat Tatsuki, the strongest fighter in their region. With his shinigami training, he has become faster, more agile, and highly experienced. Numbers don't mean anything to Ichigo, he doesn't discriminate who he beats. Ichigo won't be caught off guard if he's forced to fight in these circumstances.

☆ Intelligence and Quick-thinking
Despite his rashness, Ichigo has proven many times that his quick thinking through battles has given him victory. He has an undying determination to protect his loved ones and friends. He knows that if he doesn't finish something the first time, someone else will and that won't be good if they get hurt: it fuels him to finish things once and for all. He's an incredibly fast learner when it comes to fighting and technique. What would have taken shinigami two-hundred years to master is doable in ten days for this young man if he puts his mind to it.

Ichigo is prone to learning through experience and error and many times he has entered battles with only a portion of information. Although he doesn't always win, he never let's himself be tricked twice. He is intelligent and always looks for exits and solutions to any problem, whether they be there to start with or if they present themselves. He's smart, even if his behavior doesn't show it.

☆ WEAPON ☆ Soul Cutter -- Zangetsu
Every shinigami has a soul cutter: the weapon they use to send spirits to Soul Society or hell, and to destroy a hollow. They take different shapes and forms and Ichigo's is a very large looking katana with a black blade. It has a rectangular bronze hand guard with inward-curved edges, a stylized flame pattern on the long sides, and a simple decorative slit on the short ones. The handle is red with two light blue tassels on the end of the handle. Its size, as mentioned several times before, is due to the incredibly high spiritual level that Ichigo holds. When activated into the first level of soul cutters, shikai: the most basic elementary form, it looks like an over sized elegant cleaver than a formal katana. He has no cross guard and no proper hilt; what Ichigo holds is the cloth-wrapped tang. The sword is as tall as Ichigo is, 1.75 meters, and has a black blade with a silver edge. The cloth wrapping on the tang seems to react to Ichigo's will, changing length at a thought or twining about the blade in an impromptu sheath. When in combat, the cloth falls away when necessary, shrinking back to a manageable size, he also uses it for specific fighting tactics (like swinging it at an opponent). Because the sword is so big, it is not uncommon for him to use it as a shield.

The next level of a soul cutter and that which proves his rank to be of a captains in Soul Society is the Bankai: Tensa Zangetsu. The blade, when in this form, becomes thinner but still keeps its very long form. It turns completely black. The white bandages disappear, the cross guard has four prongs bent out to form the shape of the manji. Instead of the cloth his Shikai form had, a short length of chain with a broken link at the end dangles from the base of the hilt. In this form, Ichigo is enhanced in both speed, agility, and strengths. His attacks are far more devastating than if he kept his shikai form. He literally becomes invincible.

Since Ichigo's sword became smaller, he is able to concentrate more energy. His high levels of spiritual strength make the bankai last for a very long period of time. He is able to use his attacks more freely then some.


****MODS: Because being bankai mode can be way too overpowering and Ichigo can literally stay in said state for very long periods of time, I'll put a set limit. He won't be too overpowered.

☆ WEAPON ☆ Hollowfication -- Visord
A Visord is a shinigami who has gained the powers of a Hollow through Hollowfication. After Rukia was taken to Soul Society to be executed Ichigo needed to gain his shinigami powers back, Urahara put him through the Hollowfication process. The spirit that resides within Ichigo's soul cutter is a mixture of a hollow and Zangetsu, so when he enters his Visord form and uses his Hollow's strength, it becomes a very powerful mixture of the two worlds. His strengths and abilities multiply far greater in his bankai form if he is using his mask. He also becomes rather ruthless and bloodthirsty. His fighting becomes more fierce, he takes more chances.

Unfortunately, from the moment in canon I am taking Ichigo from, he will only be able to be in Visord form for about twelve minutes. He looks and gives off the vibes as if he were angry all the time. His aggression heightens and he can be quite a danger to anyone near him. He doesn't have a lot of control.

☆ WEAPON ☆ Inner Hollow transformation
This is by far the most dangerous and powerful transformations Ichigo has ever been through. After taking a serious blow from one of the Arrancar, he was immobilized and left for dead. Orihime called for him and he woke up transformed. He was more hollow than human and his powers multiplied ten fold. He attacks indiscriminately.


****MODS: I don't think a situation will come where this form will actually be needed unless it's some sort of game plot. I'm not opposed to any ideas!

Strengths:

Ichigo seems to have almost an endless reserve of spiritual energy that allows him not only to carry his Bankai onward for several minutes. Whenever a level it seems is used up, Ichigo bounces to another. His higher levels of spiritual pressure sometimes allow him to heal fast, making him good as new for a fresh battle if he needs the extra push. It's almost instinctual, his body gives him enough just to do enough.

Weaknesses:

One of the down-falls to apparently having limitless energy seems to be when the tap is finally used up. Ichigo is no stranger to defeat but when damage is taken the exceeds what Ichigo is normally used to, a different tap is opened and the wave that follows is devastating. Ichigo is and forever will be a victim to the hollow inside of him. Although essentially the hollow does help him by offering its strength to Ichigo, it attacks indiscriminately, it blinds Ichigo and makes it very simple for him to hurt others and himself. The process is no walk in the park and very dangerous.

Personality:

In his exterior Ichigo is a stubborn, rough, out-spoken, spontaneous, loud, and incredibly short-tempered troubled young man. He walks around with a frown on his face and a lot of tension in his airs that people easily misinterpret as hostility. It seems to be his trademark. He is very impulsive because of his temper and it can easily make him very confrontational. He has very little patience and very high determination. He has a strong will and will not fall for anything. His devotion is to his friends and family even if he does not show it openly. No matter how hard the fight may be or how much the odds are against him, Ichigo will not back down if someone's life depended on his victory.

In the interior, there is a very troubled boy with a very troubled past. As a child, his devotion to his mother was so grand that it was only natural when she died, he lost his world and gained a regressed behavior. He was no longer the carefree child who clung to his mother like a lifeline. Ichigo grew determined to protect his loved ones. He did not want to be weak since he wanted to protect. Naturally, he became what we see today: the angry youth with a confrontational problem. Many may consider him a bully or simply a criminal, many rumors about him living the bad life are not rare in canon. However, Ichigo has a very good understanding of what is right and wrong and most of his victims (even if they are many in numbers) tend to be the real bully's. Ichigo won't get into a fight just to fight, if it has a good reason he will do it. And he will finish it, he's determined to protect his friends and family. So even if he might say he doesn't care about anyone or anything, Ichigo is very compassionate. He does worry, he'll readily sacrifice himself if it means his loved ones will be safe. From the point in canon I have taken him, Ichigo has become slightly insecure of himself due to the Hollow living inside of him. A few times now, symptoms of having his darker side take over have been showing themselves. He does not want to become a Hollow because he doesn't want to hurt anyone close to him but he knows it gives him power. His determination to protect those he loves is jeopardized by having a Hollow since Ichigo knows first-hand how heartless and merciless Hollow's can be. He would first sacrifice himself before putting anyone in danger so he will be a bit more to himself, a bit more quieter if not angrier at points because of his own frustrations.

Around others, Ichigo's strong personality tends to put him in the position of a leader. He isn't really antisocial, his mask simply shows a permanent scowl to go alongside his tough and cold attitude. His few close friends all know this at some point and so they learn to understand him. Ichigo is very out-spoken, cocky, and hot-headed sometimes so he will not stop himself from kicking someone in the face if insulted or made fun of, even if he doesn't know them very well.

Ichigo is really smart despite his rashness and how thickheaded he can act. In school and when he needs to be quick-thinking in battle, Ichigo glows. He's intelligent, his attitude and impulse to drive with his instincts can say otherwise sometimes.

Strengths:

Ichigo is not the type of person to allow himself defeat, the guy would rather die of exhaustion fighting until his last breath before allowing himself to give up. Despite what negative thoughts the guy might have towards a situation or simply feeling no self confidence, Ichigo has the amazing ability of keeping quite an optimistic outlook despite all odds to the others around him. Some might even say his optimism is contagious since normally others seem to take in his example and thrive to achieve the same 'win or die trying' attitude.

Weaknesses:

Although Ichigo's optimism is quite contagious, it doesn't always have much weight when it has to do with anything dealing with himself. Ichigo can be very cruel to himself taking the incident with his deceased mother to heart and therefore making it almost impossible to forgive himself if he ever makes a mistake that would end in someone close to him being hurt. As the boy gains more power he seems to lose more control of himself and that alone frightens him. When he feels the threat of something being too grand, Ichigo is prone to shutting down and pushing others away. He would much rather deal with a problem alone instead of dragging others into it and potentially harming them in the process. This is one of many ways Ichigo can be rash and foolish. He doesn't sometimes think a problem through and simply shuts down when something is too serious.

[The feed turned on to a orange-haired boy sitting on the roof of some nameless building somewhere in Traverse Town. By the look of his state, the guy was fresh from a fight. He was slowly trying to pull some sort of cloth out of his ear. He growled in annoyance.]

Those moogles sure know how to make a mess. Come on, how am I supposed to get this out?! Tch.

[He heaved a sigh and stared at the communicator with a frown.]

I'm Kurosaki Ichigo. Rukia, are you there? Dad? Anyone? Don't tell me I was the only one that arrived here. Anyone mind explaining just where the hell I am?

RP Sample:

It can't be.. There was a high pitched ringing in Ichigo's ear from the last blow he had received. He could feel the sticky, warm, and constant draining of blood at the side of his face and his vision was starting to pay the price for it. Regardless, the young man stood rooted to the ground and firm as his chest rose and fell, brown eyes locked on something overhead.

It just can't be, there's got to be another way!No, not yet, spoke a voice in the back of his head that made him grit his teeth and rage boil in his cracked chest. He didn't like losing, not when there was something so important in place. Too people were involved now, if he didn't stop Aizen they would all get hurt! There has to be a way!

"Ichigo, wait-!"

Aizen had apparently been talking when Ichigo began sprinting at him. What the guy had been saying or why he had such a sly grin on his face was beyond the boy. He couldn't hear, he was probably deaf for now, and a new spring of adrenaline had made it almost impossible to hold back. He was sprinting, Zangetsu in hand as his eyes narrowed on his target. I just need one blow. Just one blow... he kept telling himself, fueling his strength with a positive reinforcement. Aizen's looming face was getting closer now, he'd definitely manage landing a hit now! He began pulling his sword upward, Zangetsu roaring, when he noticed a flash of black and saw another face looming behind Aizen's with a very familiar hat.

"Urahara!"

But that was as far as Ichigo had gone, he never reached Aizen, he never saw where Urahara's sword landed, it had all gone dark. When he finally awoke, his vision was blurred and white blobs were moving around beside him trying to apparently stuff things into his ear. He sat up, spine and ribs cracking as a better focus let him see they really were cream-colored fur balls. This....is not right.

"Hey, hey, hey! Easy there,stop it! It's not an entrance!" He tried shooing the moogle's away from his ear. "Where the hell am I?!"
