I think I just took my eighth urination of the day, all of them were crystal clear. You could say that I was well-hydrated for my meet today. I finally fixed my freaking spikes, I got out the one that was jammed up there (it only took me two years). I was quite pleased with my race today- I took off 42 seconds. The race today went really well, except for getting up at 6 sucks. Everyone had the course played up to be the hardest one in collegiate history (and it supposedly is the hardest one we run).
