The Met on Letterman

Did anybody watch Letterman last night, and if so, did you catch the Barber of Seville performance by the Metropolitan Opera?

If so, please let me know, and tell me what you thought of it.

I've heard mixed negative and positive reviews so far, and I'm trying to figure out if this is a good thing for the opera biz.

Hm- San Francisco Opera is doing Barber of Seville too. What's the deal with this; did the singers actually perform on Letterman?

Yeah, and I'm trying to find a clip somewhere...they sang a few pieces from the opera in full costume. It's premiering tomorrow night, hence the presentation. Jeez, work is gonna be busy tomorrow.
