For Sagramore

He isn't going to hurt him.  Morgause asked him not to, and he isn't.  He had said so.

But Lamorak cannot help it.  He finds himself seeking out the other knight, because he needs to know.  Even though he doesn't really want to.

Sagramore is tired and looking slightly worn--the frequency of his seizures lately has taken its toll. He's also still very irritated with Lamorak, and the idea of getting into a fight is not wholly unappealing.

As usual, he's on the porch with his coffee, easily found by anyone looking.

"Sir," he says, stiff but not hostile.

"Sir," abruptly. "Well, how did it go with my lady Morgause?"

"Is it your business, sir?" And it seems for the moment to be a legitimate question, if a guarded one.
