things are going ok here. tonight was the graduation party for my cousin Amy, who just got her Phd, and it was fun, I suppose. Although the number of creepy guys was a bit much, and the number who kept approaching me even more so. I just can't stand things like that. jeff tells me that while I was dancing with this one guy, his two friends were ( Read more... )

I'm the first one - guess who stalks you the most? Or, er, LOVES you the most, yeah, let's go with that. :)

Favorite songs at this very moment:

1. Wheel - Fisher
2. Crash - Dave Matthews
3. Going back to Georgia - Nanci Griffith
4. Accidentally in Love - Counting Crows
5. Nightswimming - REM
6. In a Real Love - Phil Vassar

Yes - odd collection at the moment, and all of it owing to it being summer in this particular phase of my life. Most of these are nostalgia songs, some are looking to the future songs. Can you figure out the connection between 3 & 4? It's a very close connection, albeit probably unexpected.

Oh - and I don't have anybody to tell to do this, so I have to be the end of that part. Sorry! I'm a livejournal island except for you!

Hey Cyndie,

Wow I haven't heard from you in a while.
Your party must have been fun despite creeps. And by the way you ARE a good dancer. I just couldn't get over your dancing with Jeremy when we went to P&G's the last day of classes! We should do that more often next year.

For your song request I'm guessing that I'm number four unless you know another Lucie spelled that way...so here it goes... of the songs I can think of...

1. What a Wonderful World, Louis Amstrong
2. Love Minus Zero/No Limit, Bob Dylan
3. The only living boy in New York, Simon and Garfunkel
4. I wonder, Chris Isaak
5. If you want to sing out, sing out, Cat Stevens
6.As I lay me down, Sophie B. Hawkins

That is my list so far, at least my list of songs in English...
Let me know what else you're doing over the summer!
Also, I wanted to tell you that I was hanging out with this girl watchign TV last night and we saw Washington Square Park on the screen! Good times... hehe!
Well that's all for now,
Bye Bye
