And yet again, despite my best intentions, I find myself again going to sleep far too late. This is not sustainable. Not with the days I have to get up for.
I know what you mean. For many years, I've had the bad habit of stayng up into the wee hours, and getting up in the afternoon. I know it's bad, but I just can't break it, even when there are days I have to get up early.
