The first thing I'm purchasing when I get my next paycheck is a new set of running sneakers. I ran 6 miles and my toes are turned into bloody little nubs of human hamburger. Runner's high accomplished, though. I feel stabilized

My cowriter was inspired to lay down vocal tracks and I had to take advantage of that instead. We've been doing our Wed. sessions for almost a year now, so it's routine. One of these days I'll make it there though, maybe next week.
