I read the first quote on a poster at work and liked it a lot, so I thought I'd share it here.

I think I love most how honest it is, without ignoring that achievement means difficulties along the way, but it is possible if you try hard enough. :)

Yes, that. I've found that a lot of people tend to focus on the negative, or what they didn't achieve in the end, rather than placing value in the journey they took trying to get there. It's your mistakes that help you learn how to better chase your goals and develop as a person!

The poster beside it (there are two in the pantry/kitchen-type room) says, "You are only given a small spark of madness. You mustn't lose it," which I like, but not as much as I do the Roosevelt quote. It's helped me face my recent string of problems better. :) I'm glad you like it, and I hope it helps you too!
