I made this bread today, and it is to die for.   It's a bit time-consuming, but so worth it.  You won't be sorry.

My little diabetic carb-counting self is about to die from want! This sounds so amazingly good!

I like the fact that the recipe makes three loaves - good for sharing. This would be an excellent Christmas gift - hmmm...I can't wait that long to make it though!
