How do you build one of these??

This is an underwater bridge between Sweden and Denmark. Apparently my mom went through one on the East coast. It's basically a passage for ships... but how in the world do you construct one of these? An underwater Caterpillar? Scuba divers that can hold mass amounts of cement? I am baffled.

I live in the Hampton Roads area (VA) and we have like 3 tunnels. There are multiple ways you can build a tunnel. But basically you just setup the support, put the pieces together and then drain the tunnel.

There may be scuba gear involved. And underwater welding.

by being able to ponder this you made my day... personally its just like they gave up building the bridge and were like ding! down we go as the road sank!
