Tried signing up, but it kept rejecting what I put in and to be honest I don't have the energy to keep trying. If you want to repeat what I put in over the years, I'm fine with that.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that, Alex! I actually can't add in your signup because I'd have to be logged into your AO3 account. Can you tell me what kind of error it was giving you? Did it say you hadn't filled out a particular field? We've made exactly one change to the signup form this year, and that's adding the "Category" field, where participants need to choose Gen, F/M, M/M, Other, F/F, Multi, or Any Category before the signup will be accepted.

The Category and Fandom fields are the only two mandatory fields in the signup form. If you feel you're up to it, if you can fill out those two fields for 1 Request and 1 Offer, I can then go in and edit it however you like. Feel free to email me if that would be helpful as well, ok? I shouldn't have got into a grump. Apologies. It just wasn't playing with anything I wanted to put in...So for example, under the characters I wanted to put in what I'd done in the past i.e. Men (rather than elves, etc.) because I wouldn't want writers to think they were anchored to my OTP, and under the work, LOTR book & film. If I've got a few minutes later, I'll go back and fill in the top and tail as suggested and put everything else into the comments box maybe.

I should have answered this earlier. Sorry about that! It's perfectly fine, and I understand how frustrating wrestling with a system that doesn't want to make things easy can be. What you gave us in your signup worked out just fine, and everything worked out ok on our end.
