I just watched Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix and although I enjoyed it, I was somewhat disappointed as I expected I would be. It was too rushed and didn't exude as much humour as the previous movies. I guess I should have expected that cos it is the most depressing book of the series. Anyway despite it being rushed I believe they managed ( Read more... )

hi gorgeous! I miss you heaps! I'm glad you agree, I think that movie had so much more potential, the movies just don't compare to the books. I've been a little disappointed with all of them actually but i still ejjoy them. I think the people behind the movies must think that only book readers actually watch the movie so they don't have to go into too much detail. Did you get the latest book yet? I've almost finished it, it's sooooo good!

Wat have you been up to these days? It's been so long since I've seen you and Leeka. I've been meaning to ask you if you'd like to do something soon. Maybe this sunday, as far as I know i've got no plans for that day, but if you already have plans it's all good, we could always do another weekend wen ur free.

Hi Anna! How've you been? How's uni going?
So you watched Order of the Phoenix? I still liked it but certain aspects of it disappointed me. I also think Order of the Phoenix is heaps long but for me, when it comes to reading harry potter length isn't an issue, i manage to get thru the book pretty quickly. You have the deathly hallows lying around at home and ur not even sure you'll read it? I assure you it'll be a great read, I absolutely loved it, everything i was hoping for and more. There's one chapter in it called "The Prince's Tale" which has got to be my favourite chapter of the whole hp series.

by the way i miss you heaps! It's been ages and we only live around the corner from each other lol. Take care sweetie xoxo

Oh yeah I really want to see hairspray. How funny does John Travolta look? lol. Are you going to pancakes and all that this sunday?

Yeah your course sounds tough! If it makes you feel any better I have to do Shakespeare's Richard III for my class presentation. I put my hand up for that topic and I've never done Shakespeare before. This is my literature and the screen course. I was gonna choose Minority Report or Utopia and The Beach but they're too soon so I'm doing mine in wk 5. And I'm also doing a philosophy course which I am absolutely loving! I think we'll be touching on Freud in that one. But yeah I feel sorry for you. I hope you cope, I think you're smart so I'm sure you'll be fine.
