I'd never thought I'd say this, but honestly I hate Stephen so much. The most frustrating thing about it is that I can't do anything about it. The boy almost killed me, and I can't do anything about it. I can't retaliate although I'd like to. I hate what he put me through and what he put my family through. It has to be okay though, I have to accept

I am so sorry that you are sad tonight. I know he did a terrible thing and the worst part of it is that it will never truly go away because it will not be forgotten. The bright side though is that you are a strong woman and I know that you can get through the hard times with a little help from your friends. Know that it won't always be this hard and that time heals all pain. :BIG HUGS: I know you could probably use one now.

block his facebooks and IMs. if he bothers you with texts then call your cellphone company provider and let them know he is harrassing you. of course warn him before this, and if he doesnt stop you know what to do. you dont deserve all this hate and anger being brought up for you again and again. i think it would be better to have him out of your life so you can begin to heal.
