work on finding and identity for yourself outside of yr eating disorder. you know you can be so much more than that and that may be hard work in itself but you like hardwork so your really nearly already there.

i think that shifting your focus from working on your weight to working at your job is key. Dr. Ira Something or Other who;s written a bunch of ED books states that in order to get over the ED the girl has to find her passion and persue that. Its about replacing the bad with good
