Whew. What a stressful week! I'm happy to report that Jay is finally out of the hospital. He just got out today. He was so, SO sick up until Tuesday evening. He went for a CAT scan on Tuesday morning to see if there was an abcess, but fortunately there wasn't. But enough about that. I'm just relieved he's well again.
Back to the wedding. Ah, 16 days

What I've found works for me is to eat regularly. Eat breakfast (cereal, milk, juice), have a snack mid morning (fruit, veggies, yogurt, granola bar), have lunch (sandwich or calorie/fat smart meals, more fruit or veggies), snack mid afternoon, and a healthy dinner (keep portions small, make portions of veggies bigger than other stuff, choose lean cuts of meat, lower fat dairy products, and bake, broil, steam, or stir-fry).
It's not a diet. It is simply healthy eating.
