A new series

I'm going to try to post at least a topic a week in a series I'm starting called "What would the world be like if..."

The first question: What would the world be like if sex were the most painful thing on earth, but giving birth required no pain, no weight gain, or sickness?

i'm guessing a lot less teenage pregnancy, a lot more artificial insemination, and a lot less adoption..
