I am so glad that you are doing well, and feeling peace with your decision. Olympia sounds like a good place for you guys. Though I sure do wish we could have you guys over! You wouldn't believe how big Zelda is!

We've lived here since 2001, and I've never really spent any time in Olympia. We were there for a wedding at the end of July, but we didn't see the town at all. I've always wanted to spend a little time there. Sounds wonderful.

I am really, really glad things are working out for you. Even through all the hard times and struggles you've faced since leaving your home not so long ago, you've managed to keep your head up and that's a great accomplishment.

medical docs are usually shredded and recycled after they are scanned. Usually kept for 7 years either way. Same w/ regular business docs- unless engineering. That's sometimes kept for 100 years.

When I used to scan docs for a j.o.b. I listened to interesting things on headphones. will they let you do that? Sometimes I'd also grab some exam gloves and cut the fingertips to wear them so my cuticles/skin wouldn't get messed up via the paper.
