I'm trying to kick a case of Autumn blahs.  I think that I might need to take some extra B and D Vitamin supplements during the darker season for my sad case of SAD.  I've been feeling very tired, mopey, sore and uninspired.  I wish that I could afford one of those lightboxes.  At least it is lovely and sunny today.

well doll i could probably help ..
i have a couple of full spectrum bulbs that are not currently being used (one salt water / 1 reptile - but they give off what you are looking for... IF you have stripe light already ...

i believe they are 24" -- possibly 18" if you have a fixture, get me the measurement of what bulb you need and i can check and see if what i have would work... :)
