Once a year the street I live on sparkles like the sky

I've finally taken a picture of a Christmas tree vendor that I'm satisfied with. I've been trying for a couple weeks now. This one is better lit than most, so I had a better time.

No room for even one of those tiny trees in a pot? I would be all over that if I was still in an apartment. I never thought about a tiny real tree when I was in an apartment, though. I had a tiny fake tree. I wonder if we even have tiny real trees like that here? I would imagine so. Hm. Well, too late now. We have a medium real tree!

I love the smell of pine too. Mmmmmm. That's a beautiful picture by the way!

I could, but what would I do with it after Christmas? And I'd hate to throw it away.

I could get a fake tree, but then I'd have to store it somewhere. :/
Meh. I like the tree I have.

What tree did you get?

I love it when people get trees that are way too big for their homes!

$100 for a 7' tree??? Wow. And I didn't really want to pay $45. (Actually, I got the grand fir because it was only $32.) :-P Guess I shouldn't grumble about the price of things out here.

I was going to say "Well you're in Colorado where Christmas trees actually grow," but that wouldn't make sense. They grow in NY State too. For some reason, I think a lot of ours come from Canada.
The mark up of course, is due to the fact that store rent is so high here. And also because they can get away with it.
