Hahaha, that sounds like something I would do.
I'm not sure what it's for, but yeah something like that. It was in a catalog that continues to arrive for people that used to live in this apartment.

It's a pedicure guard, so you don't get all that other stuff on the rest of your feet. Also, helps to not scrape your feeties with the file.

it wouldn't fit deformed feet like mine where all my toes are the SAME LENGTH
