You told me you enjoyed being in Japan. Therefore, if you're happy there, you should indeed stay. Going along with that - you'll need a source of income, and since you enjoyed and were good at teaching - keep at it!

As always, I'd keep in mind backup plans if something drastic happens, and keep a bit of emergency money tucked away just in case. But I'm sure you've thought of that.
