touche. and you're right, the system is entirely, 100% farce and as long as i live, i will never see a president who represents my views. however, of the two candidates who (due to the prevailing political system of thought you discussed) i drastically like one more than the other, and think he actually might do a good job of running our country without totally disregarding what americans as a whole (as opposed to my sharply left-slanted self) want. so i voted for him, even if he's not an ultra-liberal.
Thanks, I appreciate your input. And of course sometimes you need to make compromises in a system such as this. Like I said, if you truly want Kerry in office, more power to you.
