Right ... I've been putting this off, BIG time, cause I don't really want to say the things I need to say. I'm ashamed of them, even though I know that they're not my fault and I shouldn't be. Anyway, I'm going to do the horrible bit first, and then start talking about the good things

Yeah there is, but I'm not sure if you have to pay for it. I can't appeal, but I'm complaining to the dean of the university about the tutors. I'm worried because I dont see how I've got enough time to do the project again for a resit anyway - to be honest my job is more enjoyable and helpful right now, but if I dont resit I dont graduate ... hmmmmmm.
