If someone doesn't like the new rules or they way that 'we' run things, don't join.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm really not feeling the need to explain myself at all. It's a privately held, privately managed board, and I think we're a great deal more fair than many of those out there.

Well, to not start anything bad in the new comm, I'm not joining. I'll die out with the old TMC.

Is there any way we could get a list of banned members?

Just for curiosity's sake.

That's a reasonable comment, and I'll do my best to reply as evenly as I can. First, if you're not intending to join, I'm not quite sure why you're interested in who is and isn't joining. I'm not speaking about a list of banned members, because that's not my call. There are certainly people that I don't want to see, and I think I've got plenty of reason for that. That includes anyone who has attacked me with no provocation. But that's just me.
For me personally, your asking if "we" could have such a list suggests an interest beyond just "curiosity." I guess that I'd have to say "not from me, no."

And, I might add, the whole "lesbians suck!" business really makes me disinclined to aquiesce to your request. "Means no."

No. It's "Livejournal Lesbians Suck."
I have nothing against anyone who is homosexual.
My best friends are a lesbian and a homosexual male. I dont think I could ask for a better person in the world.

It's like this:
"LJ Lesbians" is a term coined by Sikk to describe you and everyone else who got into it on that last post (where the 'You're just a 19 year old living in your mum's basement' comment came from)
It doesn't really make much sense because if you noticed...the "LJ Lesbians" include males in the group.

To quote im:
