Though it wasn't a daily exercise, Chisato did sometimes venture out into the wilderness.
Sheyla might find Chisato armed with a saber, practicing her movements against an imaginary opponent. The uneven ground and poor lighting forced her to be more aware of her movements.
Chisato whirled around reflexively, pointing her saber in the general direction of the rustling noise.
"Who's there?!" she demanded.
Of course, the thought occurred to her that it might just be an animal... this wasn't the first time this had happened during one of her training exercises, after all.
Ky has taken to long jogs in the evening - in Arcadia it's too hot in the day, so he shifted his schedule. While dark, the forest provided him with good terrain to keep his mind from being lulled into a false sense of security, constantly mapping out the route in his head and on the alert for sudden drops, or roots.
At a bend he slowed as he thought he seen something at the corner of his eye - his instincts told him that he didn't imagine it. The frenchman kept an eye out, in case the thing decide to follow him.
The doll seemed to ponder the discovery for a moment. Strange frenchman, that. It seemed to be a good one to follow, in Sheyla's opinion. To see how well she could control at a distance.
Also she'd see how perceptive her teacher was. She didn't want to spook him, though, he wasn't Chisato.
The doll thus skittered after him, carefully. Of course it made the ocassional noise - rustling a branch when it jumped off one, for one. A shadow in the forest it was for all other intents and purposes.
Ky continued to jog as he kept his ears open. The distance the noise was coming from was constant - he was definitively being followed. For now he'll continue to see how long they'll continue.
Her teacher seemed to have no intention of returning back to the academy anytime soon, which Sheyla found interesting. Had he noticed something? Probably not. Nevertheless, she made the distant doll increase the distance a bit, as long as it was still possible to keep following.
[Fate's actually out there today, taking a walk. Out of her uniform and in a black skirt and her hoodie, she was humming to herself as she was jogging.]
[Sheyla remembered Fate. Fate had liked her dolls, and had seemed nice, making her one of the few people didn't want to spook.
The doll was thus trying to be careful as it followed the blonde girl a bit. Sadly, it missed a stick, which broke under the dolls weight, making it jump out of the way, behind a tree. Nevertheless producing noise.]

While Sheyla moved in Chisato's direction, the doll moved around in the dark shadows - and then made rustling noise on purpose.
