Found a few good pics around Flickr of my Captain K'nuckles costume from Dragon*Con. Made one into an icon. By far one of the neatest costumes I've ever made. <3

It is an amazing con! I just wish it was a wee bit less expensive. Though, to be honest, furry cons are climbing up in prices, too. 5 years ago D*C was miles above the others in cost, but now it's getting almost even. D:

Yeah, I nearly had a heart attack when I found out how much FWA wanted for rooms.

I swear, for cons, I'm going back to the way I did at anime cons - the more people you can cram into a room, the better off you are. I mean, its nice to have a room to yourself and your S.O. at a convention, but the costs are making it hard to do that, so its time to get snuggly with friends.

I'll pay for FWA and D*C because their both good cons and the hotels are fantastic, but yeah. Still makes me ;.; a bit.

As long as I have bed space, I usually don't care how many are in a room. It just has to be 4+ is my only rule. I am an old person and my lower back gets in a twist over hard surfaces.
