FWA was a great con. It always been. It's excellently run (my theory on this is that the staff actually *GASP* listen to the con goers and make efforts to change and try new things!). The only thing I was pretty sad about was the lack of the traditional chocolate fondue night, but I am more than sure there was a good reason that it wasn't happening ( Read more... )

Aw, I was that sixth suit missing! :(

But I'm so glad to hear that FWA is a great con! I may just have to hit it next year!! (And then hopefully all six suits-- and counting!-- will be there! ;D)

And yes, I agree that FWA is probably the best convention as far as organization/staffers go. Some of the other cons could definitely take a cue from their methods!!

I didn't sell anything art-related, except 2 magnets. Woo hoo. Not even a sketch or a badge! Everyone had it rough this year, sadly. It was all a matter of time before the economy hit furry cons but hopefully things will improve by next year. Who knows! I'll still keep going to FWA because they continue to rock. ;)
