Really I think it's pretty easy... I just forget to click "view" cuz I expect it to automatically go to the filter I picked in the drop down.

Did your journal change in appearance? Or is it like FB where they roll changes out in phases?

oh yeah, lookit that. well, yes that is dumb. I think a complaint is in order. Why would they remove that feature?

No, I just have stuff like ONTD that can obscure the actual relevant posts, hunny,.

I mean its a pain to just display personal journals and filter out all the comms I belong to.

Hey I dunno if this is newer than when you last posted this but there is a weird little triangle next to the sentence "You are viewing your friends page" or whatever, and that has the drop down for the filter.

It doesn't work for me. It brings up a dialog box that I can't read b/c it pops up above the triangle and it cut off by my browser. What the hell? LJ hates me.

What browser are you using? I dunno if clearing the cache would help, but it may...
I'm using Safari so I'm really surprised that it would work for me and not for you.

Obviously they need to work some bugs out.
