I love the Police. Driving to New Mexico with my father, the only tape we had was one of theirs. We flipped it over and over and over. I will always have a deeply meaningful connection with their music because of that trip.
Carl Sagan was an incredibly multi-dimensional person (unlike most physicists). I feel like I identify with him on so many levels. You should read some things he's written on topics other than physics. He wrote a particularly meaningful (meaningful to me, that is) essay on his experiences with Marijuana, under the pseudonym, Mr. X.
I am glad to hear that you will be back in Austin soon! I'm sure you will be very busy catching up with people and visiting favorite places, but I hope we run into each other while you're in town.

I'm sorry I've broken too many promises of making it to your store, my Saturdays have recently been really full with helping my mom around the house and such. I'd love to see you soon though none the less. And I'm hoping I can make it next time it's open.
Starting this month, we are going to be open the Second Saturday of every month (no longer the fourth Saturday). So that is not this coming Saturday but the one after it. Hope you can make it! (Did you read about that dream of mine you were in??)
