"She thinks she's only valuable because of her body."
On face, this is ridiculous, at about the same level as "She thinks that Boise is the capital of North Dakota." Where does the 'only' come from? Maybe she is the smartest girl at her school, the most talented painter, fully aware of other things in herself to value. Maybe 'value' has little to do with it but she's just after one source of pleasure in a multifaceted life and figures this is the way to get it. One can object to her conduct without being as uncharitable or as patently false.
On to substance, maybe.

Also, if you're proud of your figure, is it bad to show it off? As long as you understand possible consequences (ie being aware some people very well may get the wrong idea due to see above), I certainly don't think so.
